Learn moreI built this because I needed it first.
I've lived through anxiety, bullying, cancer, depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I've sat inside toxic relationships, inside darkness I couldn't name, inside a psychological pain that swallowed years of my life.
Those years cost me a lot. Grief I'm still learning to carry. Loss I can't undo. Trauma I'm still healing in slow, ordinary daylight.
And somehow — quietly, stubbornly — I also found hope. Meaning. Resilience. A reason to keep showing up for the next morning.
We can let the bad things that happened to us define who we are, or we can define who we are. I chose the second. PsychHeal is what I'm building for the version of me who didn't think there was a second to choose.
If you're in it right now — whatever it is — I want to help you find your spark and be the light. Let's become better, together.
