I went through it too.

I built this because I needed it first.
I've lived through anxiety, bullying, cancer, depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I've sat inside toxic relationships, inside darkness I couldn't name, inside a psychological pain that swallowed years of my life.
Those years cost me a lot. Grief I'm still learning to carry. Loss I can't undo. Trauma I'm still healing in slow, ordinary daylight.
And somehow, quietly, stubbornly, I also found hope. Meaning. Resilience. A reason to keep showing up for the next morning.
We can let the bad things that happened to us define who we are, or we can define who we are. I chose the second. PsychHeal is what I'm building for the version of me who didn't think there was a second to choose.
If you're in it right now, whatever it is, I want to help you find your spark and be the light. Let's become better, together.

What's actually inside.
Nothing here is a gimmick. These are the things I used, or wished I had, put in one place so you don't have to hunt for them at your worst hour.
Mood check-ins
Thirty seconds a day. I started doing this in a notebook, and the patterns surprised me.
CBT thought records
Write the thought down, look at it properly, and answer it. The one thing that helped me most.
Proper questionnaires
PHQ-9, GAD-7, Big Five, attachment. The same scales used in research, scored honestly.
Breathing and grounding
For the nights when your body is louder than your thoughts. Two minutes is enough to start.
Someone to think out loud with
A reflective companion for 3am. Not a therapist, and it will tell you so.
The research behind it
My own study on cancer, meaning and hope, plus the papers I keep going back to.
How people usually use it.
Say how you are
In your own words. No scale from one to ten if you don't want one.
Look at it with me
A few questions that help you name what's underneath, instead of circling it.
Notice the pattern
Weeks later you can see what helped and what drained you. That part is quietly powerful.
Quiet, monthly notes on healing.

What it costs.
Almost all of it is free and stays free. The €3 is for people who want to chip in for hosting. You never need it, and nothing is hidden behind it.
One-to-one sessions are separate: €10 for 60 minutes. If money is the reason you're not booking, email me and we'll find a lower number.
