BSc Psychology graduate (University of Sunderland, 2026) · researcher · cancer-support advocate · founder of PsychHeal.
I'm a psychology graduate and researcher — not a licensed therapist or trained psychotherapist (yet). PsychHeal offers reflective, evidence-informed support and education, not clinical psychotherapy or diagnosis.
I grew up between Greek lyceums and English-language libraries — Ancient Greek and Latin on one side, IELTS and psychology textbooks on the other. That bilingual brain is now the spine of how I write: technical when the evidence demands it, plain when a person needs it.
I came to psychology through lived experience of cancer — close to me, in my family, in the people I love. Watching how clinical care often stops at the body and how clumsy the support around the mind can be is what I'm trying to fix.
I'm warm, deliberate, sometimes too honest. I believe meaning and hope are not soft — they are clinical-grade antidotes to suffering (Frankl, Breitbart). I build with that conviction.
