PsychHeal exists to help, not to harvest. Here's what that means in practice.
Your journal is yours.
Journal entries, mood, body-map and test results are stored encrypted and visible only to you. Not to me, not to staff, not to advertisers.
No tracking pixels, no ads.
We use first-party, privacy-friendly analytics only to count anonymous page visits. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party trackers.
We collect the minimum.
Email (for sign-in), display name, and what you choose to put in your journal. That's it.
EU-hosted infrastructure.
Backend and database run on EU servers. Payments are processed by Stripe. AI requests go to vetted providers under data-processing agreements.
You can leave at any time.
Export everything as JSON or delete your account in one click. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
Analytics transparency
We track only: page visits (no IP), referrer (domain only), and aggregate counts of sign-ups, journal entries and test completions. No individual user behavior is tracked. Numbers are reviewed monthly to improve the product, never sold.
