About

Hi. I'm Konstantinos.
I built this because I needed it first.

PsychHeal is a calm, evidence-based home for people walking through anxiety, cancer, grief, meaning-loss, or the kind of seasons that don't have a name yet.

Important: I'm a psychology graduate and researcher — not a licensed therapist or trained psychotherapist. PsychHeal offers reflective, evidence-informed support, education and self-help tools. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for clinical care.

A letter

I went through anxiety, bullying, cancer, depression, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I sat inside toxic patterns and inside a darkness I couldn't name. I lost years of my life to a psychological pain I didn't have language for.

Those years cost me a lot. Grief I'm still learning to carry. Loss I can't undo. Trauma I'm still healing in slow, ordinary daylight. I won't pretend any of it made me wise. Mostly it made me tired, and then it made me curious, and then — quietly — it made me want to help.

Somewhere in there I found hope. Meaning. Resilience. A reason to keep showing up for the next morning, even when the next morning didn't feel like a gift.

We can let the bad things that happened to us define who we are, or we can define who we are. I chose the second. Some days I have to choose it again. That's allowed.

If you're in it right now — whatever it is — I want to help you find your spark and be the light. Let's become better, together.

— Konstantinos

Mission

Make evidence-based psychological care feel human, accessible and unafraid of grief — so no one walks through cancer, anxiety or meaning-loss alone.

Private by default

Most tools save only to your device — not to a server, not to me.

Free where it should be free

Crisis lines, cancer support, breathing, tests, thought records — open, no account.

Grounded in research

CBT, ACT, meaning-centered therapy (Breitbart), and peer-reviewed psycho-oncology.

Honest about limits

I'm not your therapist. I'll never pretend to be. If you need clinical care, please reach for it.
